Alfonso has been a member of the Lifestyle Real Estate team since 2019. He was awarded Realtor of Distinction 2020, 2021, and 2022. Alfonso has been LRE ‘Top Agent of the Year’ for 2021 and 2022.

He was selected as one of Charleston’s Top 40 under 40 Real Producers in 2022.

When Alfonso lists his client’s home, he works tirelessly to get top dollar. His area of expertise starts in Summerville and extends throughout the Charleston Area. Alfonso is fluent in Spanish and English.

Alfonso was born in Santa Rosa but grew up in Gilroy, California, and is one of six children. His parents and brother live in Veracruz, Mexico. Alfonso graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara where he was an instrumental part of the Gaucho’s run to the 2006 NCAA Division I title.  Before finding real estate, he played soccer professionally for 10+ years.

While playing for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Alfonso met his wife Kristen. He has a son and daughter. As a family, they enjoy traveling and spending time outside. When they can, Alfonso and Kristen enjoy doing home improvement projects. In the summer they love to spend time in their garden where they grow a lot of their own vegetables.
