Hi, I’m Cynthia Williams

founder of Lifestyle Real Estate

I started my career by working in Corporate America at a large Fortune 500 company. I had success by all traditional measures. But I was miserable. I wasn’t making a difference or adding value to anyone’s life—not even mine.  I knew I couldn’t live the rest of my life that way. I resigned without any other plans and walked out of the building and never looked back.

Being a Daddy’s girl, I consulted with my Father—my biggest cheerleader and lifelong ally.   He knew I purchased home design and house plan magazines every time I went to the grocery store. He knew I was able to identify the names of floor plans and builders just by driving past a home. I thought it was a hobby. My Dad saw it as my new career.  

He was right, of course.

20 years later I am still passionate about this industry.  There is nothing better than the look on a client’s face at closing. It is a major life event I get to share.  It is a blessing.  

Life is about more than making money.  It is about service to others and making a positive difference in the lives of the people we represent.  

I heard a loud voice in my heart that said, “Do it yourself.” so I did, and I’ve never looked back.  That day was the start of an amazing journey. 

Starting my own firm has been a blessing. I’m proud of our standards. Our team supports each other through good and hard times. We operate by the Golden Rule:  We treat others the way we’d like to be treated. I work tirelessly to make sure our clients know we’re here for them.

Our firm is a safe place where clients, customers, and my agents know they can trust me to do the right thing. I’ll always look out for their best interest.  

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I’ve learned you can’t please everyone, no matter how hard you try. I can only control what is on my side of the transaction. We handle every curveball with fairness, honesty, and respect. Consistently, our clients thank us for looking after their best interests. We value your business and your referrals of friends and family.  

I rarely have free time but when I do - I love to walk on the beach. Spending time in nature is therapeutic. Charleston parks are a treasure. I love walking along the streets of Downtown Charleston and admiring the homes.  I love working in the yard (even though it’s harder than I expected!) Seeing beauty in God’s creations brings me joy. I love spending time with both my work family and my biological family. I treasure every moment I spend with my children— they are the best thing God ever gave me.  I can’t wait to have grandchildren one day.

It’s my personal life goal to show Southern Hospitality in all aspects of my life. 

As the owner of Lifestyle Real Estate, I want my clients to know if they need me… they will get me. Many people think I’m crazy for doing this. I think it is good customer service!

I’m passionate about my company. I want us to be the best we can be. And that means providing the highest quality of customer service.  

You will always be treated with friendship and hospitality. A large majority of our Clients become friends for life.  We like it that way.
