REALTOR®Kim Martier knows personally both the pain and the joy of buying and selling Real Estate! Married to a Naval Aviator for 33 years and moving all over the country more than seven times, Kim has bought and sold homes from the West Coast to the East Coast and even the Midwest!

Kim fell in love with Radio at the early age of 17 and began a 12-year career in Radio and Television while in High School and College. That experience organically led to a 25-year career in Broadcast Advertising as a Marketing Consultant.
After their two sons flew the nest, Kim and her husband left the Midwest and came back home to the Charleston area in 2013.
"Reconnecting with family and friends has been wonderful. We love riding bikes on Sullivan's Island and boating out to Kiawah while making up for all the years we were gone".
Kim obtained her real estate agent license in 2014 and has done millions of dollars in Real Estate sales since.
