Charleston’s architectural heritage, celebrated culinary scene, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors are what ultimately drew her to put down roots here.

Julia graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, driven by a genuine desire to help others. Her path naturally led her to real estate, where she could pair that purpose with a long-standing passion for the industry. Raised alongside her mother, a trusted Realtor, Julia spent her early years accompanying her to appointments, inspections, and showings—experiences that quietly shaped her appreciation for homes and the people behind them. Today, she brings that warmth, care, and thoughtful attention to every client she serves.

With a background in project management and interior design, she brings both strategic insight and a thoughtful eye to every transaction. Known for her attention to detail, organization, and tenacity, she ensures her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.
