Sullivans Island

Station 18, 21, 22: Favorite Beach Spots
Station 28.5: Great to watch windsurfers
Breach Inlet: On the SOUTH side of the island, this is a favorite walking spot at low tide to see dolphins playing, birds feeding, and to collect shells, but BEWARE! No swimming is allowed here.
“The Rocks”: On the North side of the island, behind Ft.Moultrie. This is a favorite walking spot to see dolphins playing, birds feeding, and to collect shells, but BEWARE no swimming is allowed here.
Middle “Main” Street
The main road running through Sullivan’s Island is Middle Street, and it is loaded with incredible restaurants, lounges, and shops.

Sight-Seeing
Since Sullivan’s Island is only 3.3 miles long, it is easy to bike around the island and see all the sites!
Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse: Commonly referred to as the “Charleston Light” this is a distinct and awesome landmark to check out, and perfect for photo ops.
Fort Moultrie: As one of the oldest forts still standing on the eastern seaboard, this is a must see.
J. Marshall Stith Park: The perfect playground to rest in the shade and let your kids run free.
Sullivan’s Island Nature Trail & Thompson Park at Breach Inlet: These are the most scenic areas on the island to see nature at its best.
